1. Program Enrollment

1.1 By applying for the Growth Mandi Affiliate Partner Program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1.2 Growth Mandi reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its discretion without providing any reason.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 Affiliates will receive a commission of up to 20% for each referred sale on Growth Hack 360's any courses (by Growth Mandi).
2.2 The exact commission percentage is based on the course type and may vary. Growth Mandi will inform affiliates of any changes to commission rates.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Commissions or Payments will be processed on a monthly basis, on or before the [day, 10th] of the following month, provided that the minimum payout threshold of ₹1,000 is met.
3.2 Payments will be processed through bank transfer, UPI, Paypal, or another mutually agreed-upon method.
3.3 Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details and will be solely responsible for any delays or issues resulting from inaccurate information.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

4.1 Affiliates must only use approved marketing materials provided by Growth Mandi to promote courses.
4.2 Affiliates should not make false claims, misrepresent Growth Mandi, or use deceptive practices in their promotions.
4.3 Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws, including data protection and privacy regulations, when promoting Growth Mandi’s courses.

5. Prohibited Activities

5.1 Affiliates are prohibited from using Growth Mandi's trademark in domain names, PPC campaigns, or any unauthorized platforms.
5.2 Affiliates must not use spam, unsolicited email, or misleading information in their promotional activities.
5.3 Any affiliate found to be engaging in fraudulent practices (e.g., using fake accounts, self-referrals) will be removed from the program, and commissions may be forfeited.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1 If a referred customer requests a refund within the eligible refund period, any associated commission will be deducted from the affiliate's account.
6.2 Growth Mandi reserves the right to cancel or modify the affiliate commission if the referred sale is found to be fraudulent or invalid.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, limited right to use Growth Mandi's logos, banners, and other marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Growth Mandi courses.
7.2 Affiliates may not alter or modify any of Growth Mandi’s marketing assets without prior approval.

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
8.2 Upon termination, the affiliate will cease all promotional activities, and unpaid commissions will be forfeited if the termination was due to a breach of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Growth Mandi is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by the affiliate in relation to the Affiliate Partner Program.
9.2 Growth Mandi provides no warranty or guarantee of the affiliate’s success, earnings, or outcomes.

10. Changes to the Terms

10.1 Growth Mandi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Govt. of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
